The team
We are growing fast and are looking for new Marketo Specialist to join our Polish Team. The main focus is to truly understand our customers and their needs. We convert data into actionable insight, intelligent marketing programs, and personalised customer experiences. Our team consists of best-in-class experts, and we tend to operate in multi cloud environments where we believe we can truly provide value to our customers. We continuously ocus on competence development and make sure that everyone has the right tools at hand to succeed in their role.
The role
You will be working independently and as part of a team supporting various projects and collaborating with customers from Sweden, Finland and Germany. In this role you will help to clarify and find solutions to our clients’ challenges and work closely with a team of mixed competences.You will work from home, in hybrid, or at our Office in Gdansk. To us, results and attitude matter more than the geolocation of your keyboard.

Who are you?
As a person, you need to have strong written and verbal communication skills. It is very important that you have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to details. As this is a fast growing environment willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing trends is crucial. Beside your personality, we would also like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Knowledge of email marketing, lead generation, and demand generation
- Familiarity with Marketo marketing automation platform
- Understanding of email design best practices
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting
Practical Information
This is a permanent position with a 6 months’ probation period, based at our Gdańsk Office al. Grunwaldzka 472. Starting date as soon as possible or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace. You will report to Aleksandra Drelicharz.
