The Team
You will be part of our growing German team, which is part of an international company with offices in Sweden, Finland, Poland and Italy. We work in a start-up atmosphere in a co-working space in the heart of Munich. In our projects for global clients we are organised in different and international teams. There are no hierarchies or unnecessary bureaucracy, but quick decisions, responsibility for your own projects and in the evening even a beer after work.
The role
In your role as Senior Consultant for Digital Transformation, you work as the interface between strategy and technology, accompanying and advising our clients. You will lead a team consisting of different potentially international competences, depending on the client, to implement the strategic objective. In this role, you work closely with your team as well as with the client and have the opportunity to gain new experience in all areas of transformation and to contribute to the transformation of market-leading companies.

- 3+ years of relevant full-time work experience, ideally also in consulting
- Solik know-how in digital transformation and digital marketing
- Experience with at least two relevant well-known technologies in the field of marketing automation, data & analytics and CRM, such Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe, Marketo, Azure Cloud or Google Cloud, Salesforce Core or SAP
- Experience in project management and/or experience in the technical management of teams
- Proven experience in a leading role and direct contact with clients on the level of management and from middle up to higher positions
- Strategic thinking and development in the field of digital marketing and sales
- Confidence, negotiation skills and very good presentation skills
- Fluent in German, as our customers require us to communicate in German.
- Fluent in English

- Analytical mindset and experience in the field of reporting or segmentation
- Already first contact with CDPs
- Know-how in the areas of GDPR, data protection and data security
Practical information
This is a full-time position with a 6-month probation period. Hybrid working is supported, but regular working with the team in the Munich office is required. There are no specific travel requirements as this can often be arranged with clients individually, if at all necessary.
