Business Lead Tech & Activation
In this position you will ensure top tier customer experience orchestration and technology execution. You will report to Finnish Country Manager as a member of Finnish management team.

Is this describing you?
Master’s degree (e.g. business, technology or similar)
5+ years of experience from business development and commercial engineering
5+ years of hands on experience from data / technology and marketing activation consulting
Ability to act in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines on time & budget
Fluent in Finnish, proficient in English.
Proven track record within leading people, developing business and performing in sales
Leadership and management skills
Team player mindset
Preferably earlier experience from consulting
Your main priorities in three words: People, Pipeline and Partnerships
Create and execute on Avaus tech and activation business plans
Generate pipeline and actual sales to defend current tech business as well as expand into new data related technologies.
Generate pipeline and actual sales of Avaus Factory and omnichannel execution
Leverage and further develop Technology partnerships, and assessing and agreeing on new partnerships
Oversee and assess tech offering and development areas
Execution on Engagement Technology and Activation strategy & GTM
Strengthen our tech advisory practice - people and approach
Together with colleagues develop Tech and Activatio competence
Nurture and recruit talent
Contribute positively to Avaus culture and commercial excellence
Team and capability building in this role
Build high-performing team of Engagement technology experts together with Tech team lead and possible tech advisory consultant(s) and dito Activation
Understand development of new technologies and new capability and training needs
Provide substance to strategy team so that we’re doing and focusing on the right things in existing relationships
With the help of team lead(s), recruit and build team within activation, including any new technology offerings
Partnership management in this role
Enhance and reinforce Adobe and Salesforce Partnerships locally in Finland together with the Swedish Adobe and Salesforce responsibles
And additionally, liaise with Google partnership teams to form an understanding of how Salesforce CDP and Adobe Experience Platform could be / should be leveraged.
Offering development & Go-to-market readiness in this role
Based on feedback from the market and experiences in delivering projects in the Activation space, package and iterate Avaus’ offering and go-to-market to achieve increased efficiency and scalability
Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Commercial Lead in Finland to secure that Engagement Technology and Activation are properly positioned and integrated into various marketing and sales efforts
Provide regular thought leadership materials to Avaus’ marketing, including own participation in own and external events
Together with relevant internal stakeholders explore the content automation offering.
Practical information
This is a permanent position, based at our Helsinki Office, Albertinkatu 25 B. Starting date as soon as possible or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace and you will report to Country Manager Mika Toikka.
