We are looking for a sales and result driven Sales and Marketing Consultant for a full-time position, who has a passion for finding new sales opportunities and creating quality deals. In the role of Sales & Marketing Consultant, you will be working closely with the Commercial Lead, Marketing Manager and Sales Development to create and manage the best sales experience for our future customers.
We have developed our Automated Sales Engine to support sales and client acquisition and you will have a great opportunity to join us in further developing our way of working. We are using state-of-the-art technologies in our Sales Development, so you will not be just calling random companies over the phone, quite the opposite. We have a specific profile for target companies and your duty is to find who are the decision makers in these companies. After recognising these stakeholders, you add them to our automated sales engine and monitor the process. The goal is to book a meeting, which you will be participating in with our commercial lead.
Ideally, you either have some sales experience or have the confidence to develop yourself into a B2B sales & marketing expert. You are in a critical role and will be supported to succeed in your work. You will also have a big group of top-notch colleagues and experts in the field of data & analytics, engagement tech, marketing & sales strategy and experience orchestration to work with. A great learning experience therefore promised! As a person, you are curious and constantly wanting to push yourself to the limits of your knowledge.
From this role, you will have possibilities to advance to a full-scale Sales role, Account Management or to a Consultant position, based on your strengths and interests.
Book meetings and handle prospect pipeline in Finland, ensuring we have a healthy activity level in New Business sales
Build and develop automated meeting booking sequences into select sales and marketing technologies
Assist Marketing Manager in creating marketing materials for the Finnish market
Assist in ensuring sales activities are ongoing and reporting is up to date
Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Business Leads in Finland to secure that our offerings are well presented and exposed in the market
Initial focus is on developing the Finnish sales and marketing collaboration, but sharing knowledge and learnings across the group will be key

Desired Skills & Experience:
Native level Finnish (written and spoken) and fluent in English
Experience or interest to develop in sales
Digital marketing, data and marketing experience or interest to learn
Active, energetic and a people-person
Good organisation and time-management skills
Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to tolerate changes and failures
Building a sales mindset and culture within the organisation
